We know you’re busy and that you need your new workstation on your desk quickly. Luckily, our service is pretty straight forward. Simply have a look at our pre-configured systems and have a think about which tier would best suit your creative pipeline. Once you've decided, shoot us a message through our contact form and specify which type of system you are interested in, and what suburb/state you live. We would then organise a callback to discuss next steps. This will also give you an opportunity to ask any questions or request any adjustments/upgrades.

Can you build me a custom PC?

Absolutely. We encourage it! Nothing beats receiving a perfectly tuned machine on your desk, built exactly the way you like. We take a lot of pride and satisfaction when it comes to making our Smoosh Workstations, and the same goes for any custom orders that come in. As creative professionals ourselves, we know which parts/configrations will work well with the applications you need to run, so we’ll help you make all the right selections for your new system as part of the service.

Can you courier interstate?

Yes, we use a range of courier services to deliver Australia-wide. We always ensure that all orders are well-packed for transportation so that your items arrive safe and sound.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all of our pre-configured and custom workstations come with a 2-year return to base warranty as standard. Also, most individual components within your system come with a manufacturers warranty that often extends even longer. Either way, feel assured that you will be receiving a quality workstation built to high standards, and we’re here to help if anything goes astray.
